Two of three Sierra FC players on-loan to SLIFA FC are now regular players for the club after playing several matches in the Premier League 2021 season.
The players, Abdulrahman Bah and Michael Bangura Jr. says they are happy playing in the highest tier of football in the country, the Sierra Leone Premier League, and they are determined to make good use of the opportunity.
They have assured the SLIFA FC Executives and fans that they will make them proud.
According to the Head Coach of the Sierra FC, Francis Amara “Kofor” has acknowledged the performances of the duo stating that he is “very impressed” with the performances of the players, “which is why I am always going to watch them playing not only to cheer the boys up, but to enjoy Abdulrahman and Michael when they are on the ball,” Coach Francis acknowledged.
He said even though the players are on loan, he is taking full responsibility to monitor their progress.
“We are providing the platform for them to showcase their talents and indeed they are proving their worth with their teammates and the technical team,” the Club Head Coach maintains.
With these three players playing in the current Premier League, fans say their presence is an additional impetus to the Club.
The loan agreement for the three Sierra FC players is expected to last through the 2021/2022 season, and Sierra FC shall have the sole right to withdraw the three players as and when they deem it so necessary, as they remain the sole owner of the players.
